Project overview:
By Ian McGill, Owner, I.J.McGill Transport Ltd
"After trawling the internet for a high bay portal frame building I came across Ryman’s website. I was impressed from the outset by their professional approach and speed of communication. After carrying out a price comparison exercise and meeting various other suppliers I decided to use Ryman based on their price, location, reputation and I felt they were a company that I could get on with.
After paying a small deposit the design of the building was undertaken for approval and works began on the frame. From the start we had a staged payment plan and all the deliveries to site where made within the agreed delivery dates. We chose to use driven stone piles rather than conventional concrete piles. This option was much more economical but meant the design of the frame had to be tweaked which Ryman took in their stride.
The building was constructed and clad within the agreed time frames and within budget. Its been a pleasure dealing with Ryman - nothing has been too much trouble for them and we are very pleased with our new building I would have no hesitation in recommending them."
