About Cold Rolled Steel:
Cold rolled steel is formed at room temperature where hot rolled steel is formed at around 1,000 degrees centigrade. Because the frames are pre-galvanised, there is no need to galvanise post-manufacturing which cuts down lead times.
Cold rolled steel frames are comparatively light weight compared to the hot rolled frame resulting in reduced foundation sizes and increased installation speed.
